I am a new construction plumber and of late have been suffering from the" ageing process" , meaning that my eyesight ain't what it used to be. I have found a constant need on the jobsite, and home, for light source to see by. I have tried numerous headlamps and none have stood up to the rigorous demands my job requires. Then I found the Lighthouse Beacon. The brightness is perfect for illuminating large areas under floors and the ability to zoom the light is just the thing for up close work in tight spaces. When the Beacon first arrived I used it the next day and was extremely happy with it. On about the third day I found the nut that holds the lamp to the head gear had gone MIA, I contacted the company that evening ans asked if they could send a replacement nut or if I had to return the whole thing. The response came back within 30 min. that of course they would send a replacement and apologized for the issue. I received the part within 3 working days! What great customer service! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for quality and performance as well as prompt and courteous customer service.
